How do you relax?
Reading, remembering a memory I had with my loved ones, unfortunately shopping 🛍️….
But most importantly writing. While I’m writing I realize that the problem or the thing that I felt stressed about is not that deep. (sometimes) What I have to do is just be in the moment and focus on now rather than the next moment or past moment.
When you’re fully present, you realize that this very moment is the only one that truly matters. It’s where peace lives, where clarity happens.
Anyway, this message is for you, for me, for anyone who feels stressed or needs to #relax or stay #unstressed :
🌸 I know things feel heavy right now, and it’s like the weight of everything is sitting on your shoulders. But remember, even the strongest trees bend with the wind – they don’t break. You are just like that, resilient and adaptable. Sometimes it’s okay if things don’t get solved in a day or even a week. You’re allowed to take your time.
Keep believing in the small steps you’re taking, because each one is leading you toward brighter days. And even if it doesn’t feel like it now, the storm will pass, and you’ll find yourself standing taller and more grounded than before. You’ve got all the strength you need right inside you – and I’m cheering for you all the way! 🌟 Keep going, you’ve got this. 💖
